Drilling Bentonite
A naturally occuring mineral used in drilling fluids with a high content (over 75%) of mineral argillaceous rocks - montmorillonite. Years of research and development and high technology in the production of bentonite have allowed our engineers to obtain a mixture, with a high dispersancy, hydrophilicity, absorption and durability. With access to the best deposits of clay-rich montmorillonite, as well as over 30 years experience in our industry, BDC Group have created an eco-friendly and low cost blend of polymers and bentonite. Our unique mixtures makes it possible to maintain a high drilling fluid performance with a low solid content, which in turn reduces drilling costs and streamlines the drilling process.
High performanceBentonite Swellgel Plus
Highly efficient sodium bentonite characterized by high rheological parameters at low concentrations and good stabilization properties of the borehole wall. Bentonite Swellgel Plus has the appropriate composition of bentonite-polymer activated by ASH soda, so it does not require additional treatment in the case of using hard water in the preparation of the suspension.
It is a very efficient and economical drilling fluid, certified by PZH. It is used primarily during drilling carried out in HDD technology and microtunnelling. Bentonite Swell Gel Plus is packed in 25 kg multi-layer sacks containing 40 items (1,000 kg) per pallet.

High performanceBentonite Swelltonite HQ
Our premier product with the highest quality grade of Wyoming bentonite, creating a special bentonite-polymer composition, characterized by very high efficiency. Bentonite Swelltonite HQ is an extremely economical drilling fluid, which does not require the use of any polymer additives. It is certified by PZH (NIH)
Designed for HDD drilling, microtunnelling, as well as vertical wells (drilling of geothermal heat pumps). Swelltonite HQ is packed in 25 kg multi-layer bags, 40 pieces (1000 kg) per pallet.

High performanceBentonite Swell Gel
An extremely high content of montmorillonite allows for a very efficient and economical drilling fluid. Bentonite Swell Gel is a Wyoming grade bentonite activated with sodium carbonate, without the addition of polymers. It is characterized by a lack of silt, very good ability taking out excavated material and the creation of a thin sediment clays.
Drilling fluid is used both for horizontal drilling, carried out in HDD technology and microtunnelling, as well as drilling the vertical heat exchangers.
Bentonite Swell Gel is packed in 25kg multi-layered sacks of 40 pieces (1000kg) on a pallet.
